Looking forward to 2023, Cushman & Wakefield predicts that there will be approximately 4.1 million square meters of ready-built factories and 2.8 million square meters of ready-built warehouses available in Vietnam.

The constantly fluctuating prices of ready-built factories and warehouses in Vietnam

According to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, over the past five years, the total foreign direct investment (FDI) capital peaked in 2022 at $22.4 billion, which is a 13.5% increase year over year. Regarding the average rental price during the 2022 – 2023 period, Ms. Thanh states that the current price level is at its peak and expected to remain stable for the next two years.
