Licensing Service

Step 1

● Sign Letter of Offer (LOO);
● Pay 01 (one) month gross rent booking fee.

Step 2

Prepare licensing documents:
Application forms:

  • Form I-1; Form I-3; Form Charter; Form I-2; Form I-10;
  • Decision Authorizing the representative of the capital; Decision Authorizing the legal representative in Vietnam.

Required documents:

  • Bank statements, company charters, financial reports x 2 copies;
  • Power of Attorney (POA), Business registration certificates of investor, passports x 4 copies.

Step 3

Submit licensing dossier to the Authorities:

  • Apply for license at Industrial Zone Authorities (IZA);
  • Get Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) approved (15 working days);
  • Get Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC) approved (5 working days) after getting IRC.

Step 4

Register Company stamp
(2 working days)

Step 5

  • Sign Lease Agreement (LA);
  • Pay security deposit +1st quarterly rental;
  • Handover property.

Step 6

  • Submit “Environmental Impact Assessment”;
  • Submit factory layout and firefighting & prevention plan;
  • Get fitting-out approval;
  • Start fitting-out.

This step shall be conducted by Lessee
